What makes this product unique (versus other ball stretchers) is that you have two pulls that dangle from the stretcher. The pulls allow you to attach extra weight to the stretcher thereby giving your scrotum a good pull. Place the stretcher around the scrotum sack and tighten with the two buckles, and feel the pleasure as this stretcher squeezes on your scrotum and stretches it to its limits. The stretcher measures 2.5" wide and 6" long. There are six holes for buckle adjustment.
